Stepping into the dinning room in the former stage stop, visitors are greeted with the aroma of freshly baked homemade breads, biscuits, and pies. The Ekstrom menus announce a generous variety of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Ekstrom's do all their own baking, and makes a "pioneer special" every day. Besides their legendary prime rib, they feature dishes such as German roast beef with potato pancakes, and chicken and dumplings. Dining room hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
